The appartment is fully equipped and has a huge balcony with view to the south. Situated on the 10th floor, this it is accessed by a lift. Upon entering, a corridor leads to the bedroom to the left. The bedroom overlooks the Boulevard de Picpus and is furnished with a double bed and furniture. The bathroom at the end of the corridor has a warm and relaxing feeling, including a shower and storage units. The toilet is separated. The lounge can be found on the right as you enter the appartment. This spacious room opens onto the main balcony, which offers a tranquil view on the south of Paris with no other buildings overlooking your terrace, so it's wonderfully bright and a perfect environment to relax, specially during the summer ^^.
